The closing conference of the project opens its doors from 14 to 15 November 2018 in Nantes, France, and offer keynote lectures and panels on the main innovative topics in food integrity.
Around 300 participants from the food processing industry, food retailers, food safety agencies, public administration and research organisations attended on this two-day event. The conference was organised by Eurofins in France.
The 1st Prototype of the PhasmaFOOD multi-sensor has been presented at the Conference.
