PhasmaFOOD work and the release of the first prototype device was highlighted during the speech of a project partner, Yannick Weespoel, WUR, at the meeting on food fraud detection technologies at the Danish Institute of Technology.

The meeting took place on 12 September 2018 in Aarhus, Denmark.
